Role and Responsibilities 
- 
Work with our clients to design custom team and leadership development programs 
 
- 
Learn about our proprietary team and leadership models and utilize during client engagements 
 
- 
Prepare and deliver workshops and engagements based on client objectives and needs 
 
- 
Be involved with marketing/client introduction calls and proposal work as needed 
 
- 
Report directly to the Founder and President Sal Silvester regarding client delivery 
 
- 
Use a consultative approach to uncovering additional client needs and nurturing client relationships under the 5.12 solutions brand  
 
- 
Represent a full-scope of 5.12 solutions products and services 
 
- 
Participate in quarterly on-site team meetings/best practice exchanges 
 
 			  
Experience and Qualifications Required 
- 
10+ years of credible, real-world business experience with team and management positions in the private sector 
 
- 
5+ years experience in corporate training, preferably in team and leadership development 
 
- 
Extremely comfortable training/coaching/facilitating private sector groups and executives 
 
- 
Experience with assessments – preferably disc, mbti, and 360-degree profiles (The Leadership Circle, 363 for Leaders) 
 
- 
Currently facilitate Five behaviors of a cohesive Team  
 
- 
Knowledge of organizational development 
 
- 
Graduate degree preferred
